Ron Waterman will next take on undefeated heavyweight Dave "Pee Wee" Herman (11-0). Herman debuted with EliteXC earlier this year defeating Mario Rinaldi by TKO in the third round.
The June 14 event takes place in Honolulu, Hawaii, and will air on Showtime.
